There are few ways to have a content for your site. One,
is writing it yourself. If you know the filed it will be
easier otherwise you can look at different sites, read what
and how they write and just write it for your self.
Second,
find sites with good content and ask for permission to use
some of their content in return to a link to them as the
source of the information. If they are nice they will allow
you to do it.
third
option is searching the web. The web is full with free content
for sites, including gambling. Go to google and search for
free content for gambling and you will find sites that provide
what ever you need.
Actually
the combination of all three will enable you to enjoy full
and rich content that will continue to bring more traffic
and make your google ranking higher.

One pager Vs. Many Pages site
You can find various sites on the Internet. Sites with one
or two pages up to hundreds of pages. You probably ask your
self which is better. Before I approach this question I
want to give you my shocking statistics: 95% of the visitors
to my site visit only the main page!!! Shocking uh?
Now
let me approach the number of pages issue. On one hand the
one or two pages site means less content which means google
will like it less than other sites but on the other hand,
it is easy, faster to build the site and there are sites
that are doing very well with one or two pages.
I can
give you another way - build a few pages site and let it
grow as time passes. Work on it progressively.
